I found this at Big Lots! in Minneapolis years ago and I was almost upset at how it had been cast aside with the crates of no-name Mac and Cheese. Kelly Dolls were popular in the mid 90’s, and I was addicted to them like a 2nd grader is to Pixie Stix.
This collectible set features two Kelly Dolls as Lucille Ball and Ethel Mertz from the 1956 episode where Lucy and Desi go to Paris – and Lucy threatens a hunger strike until she gets a designer dress… Hilarity ensues.
I found scant info on Kelly Dolls online, but here is a great blog to learn more: http://www.lilfriends.net/beginning.html
