Granny’s Attic Antique Mall

“Hey, let’s go antiquing!” That’s something you will never hear me say.

However, a quick search of “dolls” on Yelp led me to Granny’s Attic Antiques in Temecula, California this fine Monday afternoon and I was curious enough to make a road trip.

Two teens find themselves locked in the antiques warehouse after midnight…

YIKES! Anyway there was indeed enough absurd creepiness to scare even the toughest cookie, such as…

Two tiered rack of discarded, dead-eyed baby dolls. Check.

And… a talking Rex Harrison doll complete with oddly bulging pants.

Now that that’s out of the way, I did have a little fun looking at vintage Barbie dolls and other 80s knickknacks. In the end all I could bear to buy was a Sugar Plum Fairy for $10.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in the area!
